About us
At Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), we recognize that private physicians such as General Practitioners (GPs) play a critical role in providing and ensuring general public healthcare of the highest quality and standard. As such, TTSH believes that with stronger and closer cooperation with strategic healthcare partners such as GPs, better and more comprehensive medical care can be provided to our patients in the hospital.
The Primary Care Partners Office (PCPO) at TTSH therefore, seeks to foster better rapport and collaboration between primary physicians in private practice and our specialist doctors in TTSH. As the central coordinating agency between TTSH and the private physicians in Singapore, we provide assistance in these areas:
- Tracking of patient referrals
- Continuing medical education training
- Follow-up and resolution of all service feedback
Through this collaborative platform of shared care and communication, TTSH will work with you to serve and benefit your patients and "add years of healthy life to the people of Singapore".
