Excellent Service Award (EXSA), is an annual national award that pays tribute to outstanding individuals who have displayed excellence in customer service and have actively partaken in process and service improvements. In our 4th year of participation, TTSH bagged 600 awards, comprising 70 Star, 206 Gold and 324 Silver awards. On average, 17% of our staff wins the award annually, underscoring TTSH’s emphasis on service excellence.
120 staff joined CEO Dr Lim Suet Wun at the presentation ceremony, which took place at the Kallang Theatre on 9 November 2006.
