The human body is highly sophisticated and can adapt to different demands and tasks. This adaptability can be maintained with the help of different exercises, to keep the body flexible, agile and fit.

Besides working individually with our patients, we conduct group exercise classes. While different classes are geared towards different pain conditions, the exercises prescribed are meant to fulfill the patient’s needs for:
