Our Network of Family Doctors

Family doctors play an important role in the management of our patients’ health in the community. They have a wide breadth of knowledge and establish long-term relationships with patients, and are often the first point of contact for people who require medical advice.

Tan Tock Seng Hospital works with more than 100 primary care partners to improve the health of the population. Together with our partners, we aim to deliver coordinated and holistic care for our patients. To learn more about the types of care provided by our primary care partners, please refer to the following tabs below.

Family Doctors Can Play a Role in Chronic Disease Management Too

Patients go to their family doctors for mild and common medical conditions such as colds and coughs, but have to always see specialists at hospitals for more serious or chronic conditions, right?

Not exactly! Your family doctor or GP can help manage chronic conditions too under TTSH’s Department initiative.
