CHA builds engagements and partnerships in Central Health via our signature community-enabling programmes – CHArge Up! Learning Programme and CHAPS Club.
CHArge Up! Learning Programme
Conducted by our TTSH healthcare professionals, CHArge Up! Learning Programme aims to equip carers with the health skills, knowledge and confidence to enable them to self-care (i.e. activation) and look out for others in the community.

Peer Support Leaders
CHA aims to develop Peer Support Leaders (PSLs) with the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead and empower peers to achieve a healthy lifestyle in partnership with our Community Health Teams (CHTs) and Community Partners.
PSLs can be anyone – residents, patients, caregivers, volunteers, even grassroot leaders. Eventually, PSLs will be able to lead and sustain programmes and activities for their peers in their own communities.
