A/Prof Chin Jing JihMBBS, FRCP, FAMS (Geriatric Med)
A/Prof Chin Jing Jih is the Founding Director and Advisor of the Institute of Geriatrics and Active Ageing (IGA), and Senior Consultant at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). He is the Chairman, Medical Board at TTSH, and is Adjunct Associate Professor at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. A/Prof Chin also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Agency of Integrated Care (AIC) and the Advisory Board fr NTU’s Ageing Research Institute For Society And Education (ARISE). He also chairs Ang Mo Kio–Thye Hua Kwan Hospital’s Medical Advisory Board and the Health Sciences Authority’s Complementary Health Products Advisory Committee.
Dr Mark Chan Peng ChewMBBS, BAO, BCH (Dublin), FRCP (Edinburgh)
Dr Mark Chan is Divisional Chairman, Integrative and Community Care and Senior Consultant in the Department of Geriatric Medicine, TTSH. He has his subspecialty interest in dementia and cognitive disorders in the elderly. He is involved in medical education and has appointment of Assistant Professor in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine National University Singapore, member of the Geriatric Medicine Residency Advisory Committee and core faculty for Geriatric Medicine Residency program in the National Healthcare Group (NHG). He is a Council member of the Dover Park Hospice.
Dr Tan Huei Nuo MBBS, MRCP, FAMS
Dr Tan is the Head of Department and Senior Consultant at the Department of Geriatric Medicine, TTSH. She serves as a member on the TTSH Central Health Strategic Committee and is the Community Health’s Clinical Workstream Lead for Frailty Ready Hospital Care. She is also the Chairperson for the TTSH Drugs & Therapeutics Committee and a member of the MOH Drug Advisory Committee. She is Core Faculty of National Healthcare Group Geriatric Medicine Senior Residency Programme and is a member of the Residency Advisory Committee for Geriatric Medicine. She is actively involved in undergraduate medical school teaching and is a teaching faculty at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMed) and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSoM). Her subspecialty interest is in chronic pain in the older adults and she completed her Masters in Medicine (Pain Management), University of Sydney in 2016.
Dr Tan Kok Leong MBBS (S'pore), Dip Geriatric Med (NUS), M Med (Family Med) (S'pore), FCFP (Family Med) (S'pore)
Dr Tan is the Head of Department, Family Physician and Senior Consultant at the Department of Continuing and Community Care, TTSH. His interests are in the areas of post-discharge care and working alongside with community partners in the (w)holistic management of the patients in the community. As the Clinical Lead for the Transitional & Community Care work-stream for Community Health, he assists in planning and implementation works to achieve the physical, mental, and social well-being of the residents in the Central Zone. He is also involved in the Post-Graduate trainings and teachings in Family Medicine and Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine.
