I do not have a TTSH or NNI prescription. Can I still opt for medication delivery?
Our medication delivery service is currently only applicable for TTSH and NNI prescriptions. You may visit B2 Pharmacy during operating hours to collect your medication. Our operating hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday : 9.30am - 5.30pm
(Excluding eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays)
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes, your order confirmation will depend on which order mode you chose.
For orders placed through FormSG, HealthHub and PharmEzy, you will recieve a confirmation email. You will only recieve an email if you have provided a valid email address in the order form.
For orders placed through call, you will not recieve a confirmation email.
Will Pharmacy call me after I have submitted my online order?
Our Pharmacist will only call you if further information is required. If you do not hear from us, be rest assured that we are getting your order ready!
How do I pay for my medication bill?
If there is an outstanding payable amount, you will receive your medication bill via post/mail to the patient's registered home address. You can make payment via any of the options listed at the back of the bill within a week of receiving the bill.
What payment modes are there to pay for my medicaiton bill?
Multiple modes are available including AXS/SAM Kiosk/Mobile Payment/ Internet Payment and more.
Can I use Medisave / Medifund / 3rd party payers to pay for my medication bill?
Yes, if you are eligible. They will be applied to your medication bill. Please indicate if you would like to use Medisave / Medifund or any 3rd part payers accordingly in the order platform.
I want to change my order details. How can I do so?
We strongly discourage any change in order details as this will delay your delivery processing time. Any amendment or cancellation request within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date will be subject to additional $8 charge. If this is urgent, you may contact us at 6357 2050 during operating hours. We seek your understanding that you may experience a long waiting time before speaking to a Pharmacist during this period.
I want to speak to a Pharmacist about how to take my medication. How can I do so?
You may contact our general enquires line at 63572040. Alternatively, Video conferencing services can be arranged if medication counselling is required.
How long does it take to deliver my medication?
It will take approximately 3 days to 1 week for you to receive your medication from the point of order confirmation.
When can I submit a new medication delivery order?
Please place a new medication delivery order at least 1 week before your current supply of medications run out. Check out our various ordering modes to do so.
