Trigger Finger: Self-Management of Trigger Finger

Everyday, our fingers are placed under stress during activities. Over time, the tendons of our fingers may become irritated inflamed and thickened. There may be the formation of nodules at times, making it more difficult for the tendons to glide during finger movement.
