Staff Support Staff (3S) Programme

Healthcare workers face stressful situations in their course of work.

The 3S Programme is where dedicated staff volunteers provide support to colleagues affected by such incidents at work.

The volunteers are also trained to cope with their emotional challenges better in a confidential environment.

Infant and Childcare Centre

The hospital provides childcare facilities for staff’s children aged from 2 months to 6 years old.

Working mothers in TTSH can have peace of mind juggling both family and work and knowing that their children are well taken care of near them.

Our childcare facility is managed by Learning Vision @Work Pte Ltd.

A lactation room is also available in the hospital for breastfeeding mothers.
