Three ways we cut patient waiting times


An exclusive interview with Sr Irene Lye, Senior Nurse Manager, TTSH about innovation and efficiency. She mentioned three ways that TTSH has been helping to cut down on patient waiting times – mobile billing, a concierge corner, and patient associate ambassadors – and discussed the training pathways for Patient Service Associates, upskilling them to help with basic nursing tasks like taking blood. Sr Irene said: “We have realised that [the PSAs] are more talented than just [administrative tasks].
