Dr. Ho Hee Hwa is presently a Consultant in the Department of Cardiology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He subspecializes in interventional cardiology and maintains a wide interest in the management of acute coronary syndrome, novel intracoronary imaging techniques and general cardiology.

Dr. Ho obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1997. He attained membership in the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom (MRCP) in 2000 and completed his core cardiology training in Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong in 2004.

Dr. Ho undertook an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program in 2006 at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill-Cornell Medical Center, United States of America. He was awarded Fellowship of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) in 2011.

Dr. Ho currently holds the appointment of Head of Cardiology Clinical Research and leads the Department of Cardiology to embark on several clinical trials and studies. He has published in numerous peer-reviewed international journals. He has presented his work at several international meetings and was awarded Young Investigator Award (1st Prize) in Singapore LIVE (Live Interventions in Vascular Endotherapy) in 2008. He is also a regular peer-reviewer for several medical journals.
