Li Lihong
Ms. Li Lihong is a
General Medicine Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) who started nursing career in 2004. She later earned her Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) from the University of Sydney, and Advanced Diploma in Neuroscience Nursing in 2011 with MOH Holding Award for Outstanding Performance. She completed her Master of Nursing from National University of Singapore in 2017, earning the Lee Foundation Medal in Nursing, Libby Tin Peh Medal and Wee Kim Wee Medal. She became a certified Collaborative Prescriber in 2020.
Ms. Li has 11 years of working experience in Neurology. Currently, she is specialised in Vascular medicine caring for patients with venous thrombosis. She is committed to provide high quality of care through evidence and holistic approach.
Ms. Li is the Co-lead of the TTSH APN Internship Programme, a preceptor for Master of Nursing students, and a faculty member of Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She was awarded the NHG Inter-Professional Teaching Award in 2021.
Tiffany Tay Yu Ning
Ms. Tiffany Tay completed her Diploma in Nursing at Nanyang Polytechnic in 2010. She went on to obtain an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Medical-Surgical) and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney in 2014. In 2021, she earned her Master of Nursing from the National University of Singapore.
She currently leads the
TTSH Mobile Inpatient Care at Home (MIC@Home) programme, playing a pivotal role in service development and training. In addition, she sees and manages patients in the General Medicine Complex Care (GMCC) outpatient clinic.
Beyond clinical work, she serves as a Clinical Practice Facilitator with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU, contributing to the education and mentorship of medical students and doctors.
