As a Rheumatology Nurse Clinician, we specialise in providing care and support to patients living with various rheumatic diseases, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and other autoimmune conditions. Our role involves collaborating closely with Rheumatologists to assess, educate, and guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand their condition and medication regimens.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, we assist in managing chronic symptoms, monitor for potential complications and help patients navigate the physical and emotional challenges of living with a rheumatic condition. Additionally, we work to coordinate multidisciplinary care, provide health education and support self-management strategies, all while advocating for optimal patient outcomes.
