The Vascular Surgical Nurse Clinician provides care for patients with peripheral vascular diseases and vascular access in acute inpatient and outpatient setting.
With the increase incidence of chronic diseases and its complication arising from it may lead to end stage renal failure and amputation of limbs. Our Nurse Clinician collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to formulate and provide continuum care for patients with both peripheral arterial and venous diseases. This promotes better understanding of disease process, wound management and patient independence.
