NHG Health Musculoskeletal Day 2026 is a two-day event advancing musculoskeletal (MSK) health through professional knowledge exchange and community engagement. MSK Day brings together stakeholders across healthcare, built environment, community, and public sectors to advance population-based and preventive approaches to musculoskeletal health in Singapore. Our slogan “Move Well, Live Well: From early years to golden years” underpins our belief in taking a life course, population health approach to MSK health as we strive for a more active, more mobile Singapore of the future.
Recognising that MSK health is shaped not only by healthcare, but also by environments and everyday living, Day 1 features the Healthy Environment, Healthy Community Symposium, which explores how built environment design, community spaces, and cross-sector collaboration can support movement, participation, and well-being across the life course. Day 2 focuses on population MSK health and prevention, with a Scientific Congress examining system-level strategies for integrated care and exploring the latest research and innovation in this space. Concurrently, our community Health Fiesta will be engaging the public through interactive activities, talks, and demonstrations that promote MSK prevention and self-management.
