Let's Keep Our Patients Safe Together

Suspension of Ward Visits
(24 January 2022 to 20 February 2022)

Exceptions may be made for patients who are critically ill, and require additional care support from caregivers or caregiver training. Visitors need to present their vaccination status and negative COVID-19 test result (within 24 hours) or a MOH discharge memo (if recovered from COVID-19). For more information, you may refer to the recent MOH advisory here.

If you are allowed to visit, please note the following

You will not be allowed to enter the wards if you have/are the following:

  • Partially or unvaccinated
  • Issued with MC/SHN/Isolation Order (IO)/Home Recovery Programme (HRP)/Self-isolation
  • Pending COVID-19 test results
  • Feeling unwell or showing ARI symptoms (e.g. cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat or loss of smell)
  • Close contact with a confirmed case in the last 7 days
  • Received MOH’s HRW SMS in the last 7 days
    (Visitors will only be allowed entry if they produce valid negative ART/PCR test result within 24 hours)
  • Below 12 years old

When in our Wards, please observe the following:

  • ✅ DO

    • Wear your mask properly and at all times
    • Turn on your TraceTogether app
    • Wash / sanitise hands regularly
    • Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre
    • Keep visit to 30 mins
  • ❌ DO NOT

    • Sit on patient's bed or use patient toilets
    • Interact with other patients and visitors
    • Eat and drink
