Ang Mo Kio – Thye Hua Kwan Hospital is a 370-bedded community hospital that offers rehabilitative and subacute care. They offer a customized care plan for every patient, to help them regain independence and mobility so as to integrate back into the community.

Day Rehabilitation Centre

The Day Rehabilitation Centre caters to patients requiring continual rehabilitation after their discharge from the hospital. With a customized care plan for every patient, its aim to assist patients in regaining their independence and mobility for a smooth integration back into day to day life. The team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and dieticians provide a comprehensive range of services for patients suffering from a variety of medical conditions.
Dialysis Centre

The dialysis centre offers peritoneal dialysis and haemodialysis. The quiet and conducive environment allows patients to rest with minimal disturbance while undergoing dialysis treatment.
Healing Hub

The Healing Hub provide patients and caregivers with a one-stop facility for pharmaceutical products and rehabilitation aids.
Patient Hub

The patient hub allows interaction and socialization among fellow patients and their loved ones while performing their therapy. This is also the venue for various integrated rehabilitation programme activities.
Community Health Centre

The Community Health Centre(CHC) aims to keep up with the model of care for the future as it shifts beyond the hospital to the community. In line with Diabetes being a key long-term health issue for Singapore, our CHC offers Diabetic Health Services such as the Diabetic Retinal Photography, Diabetic Foot Screening, Nurse Counselling & Education and Diabetic Services, providing convenience to the community.
