Biodata

Dr Lee Liang Tee is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Continuing and Community Care. His specialty is Geriatric Medicine. He is the Clinical Director of TTSH-ICH, the Clinical lead for the Intermediate Care Workstream under Community Health, and Co-lead for Translation & Practice at IGA. Dr Lee is the advisor for the Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Committee at MOH and the Chairperson for AIC IRB.

He is an adjunct assistant Professor at NTU’s Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and is also a senior clinical tutor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Duke NUS. With special passion in Community Geriatric Medicine, he is a core faculty member of the senior residency programme for Geriatric Medicine at NHG. At NUS, he serves as a member of the executive committee for the Graduate Diploma for Geriatric Medicine course. He is also the Honorary Secretary of the Chapter Geriatric Medicine at the Academy of Medicine.

From 2013 to 2021, Dr Lee was the Clinical Director of Ren Ci Hospital. During this time, he was instrumental in the building of 2 nursing homes that have senior care centres running DRCs and Dementia Day Care and Social Day Care. He helped to establish niche services, like the iCare Programme and Rehabilitation for Dementia Patients at Ren Ci Community Hospital, and is pivotal in making Ren Ci one of the largest Healthcare provider in the intermediate and long term care sector.
