Biodata

Dr Samuel Lee obtained his basic medical degree (MBBS with Honours) in 2012 from the National University of Singapore, where he was placed on the Dean’s List for all five undergraduate years. Thereafter, he received training and obtained two postgraduate degrees in Internal Medicine in 2016. He was accredited as a specialist in Rheumatology in 2020 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore. In 2023, he completed further specialty training in Clinical Immunology and Allergy.

Dr Lee is a Clinical Lecturer for the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and a Clinical Teacher for the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. He is a Core Faculty Member of the National Health Group’s Rheumatology Senior Residency programme. He has also served on the executive committees of professional societies such as the Singapore Society of Rheumatology (2017), and the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Society of Singapore (2022, 2023 and 2024). His daily practice encompasses all areas of rheumatology, allergy, and clinical immunology, and he has a special clinical and research interest in autoinflammatory diseases (e.g., periodic fever syndromes), immunodeficiency disorders and systemic vasculitis.
