Biodata

Dr Alexander Tang is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Pathology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 2008. He completed his anatomical pathology training in Hong Kong, and he has been a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Pathologists and the Royal College of Australasia since 2015 and 2016 respectively. His subspeciality training in renal pathology was under the tutelage of Professor Agnes Fogo at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2017.

Dr Tang has been immensely involved in educating the future generation of pathologists since joining Tan Tock Seng Hospital in 2022. He currently serves as a Clinical Core Faculty Member of the NHG Pathology Residency Programme. He is a member of the Clinical Competency Committee and the Programme Evaluation Committee of the residency programme.

Dr Tang also actively participates in pathology teaching at undergraduate level. He is a Clinical Educator at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University.
