Both Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) and Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) occur when a tendon fibre (connective tissue) becomes inflamed. The affected area becomes red, warm and swollen. Pain is felt when an affected tendon fibre or muscle is used.
