Outpatient Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) programs have demonstrated improvements in quality of life and exercise tolerance. Establishing PR services in the community can ensure continuity of care, further enhance patient outcomes and encourage greater participation. Moreover, for patients experiencing severe symptoms, incorporating palliative care interventions should be strongly considered to alleviate discomfort and provide support throughout their illness.
