Changes to TTSH Medication Delivery Service Billing

Please note the following changes to the TTSH Medication Delivery Service Billing that may affect your Medisave utilisation.

  • Medication Delivery orders are prepared in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Bill date for Medication Delivery orders is based on preparation date, not delivery date.
    • For example, medications scheduled for delivery in early January 2026 will likely be billed with a December 2025 date.
  • When planning medication collection and insurance claims, please consider the preparation date rather than the delivery date or request date, particularly for Medisave claim purposes.

For Medisave Payment

  • Medications delivered on or after 8 January 2026 will utilise your 2026 Medisave limits.
  • To use your 2025 Medisave limit, we recommend delivery orders to be placed in advance and to ensure delivery date is on or before 31 December 2025.
