The TTSH Outpatient Pharmacies dispense medication to patients from the Specialist Outpatient Clinics and assist patients in understanding their medication treatment plans.
This service is applicable for prescriptions* from Tan Tock Seng Hospital and National Neuroscience Institute, except for those with controlled drugs.
Original hardcopy prescription (if any) must be submitted to the pharmacy before arranging for delivery.
You should have at least 5 days supply of the medication(s) at home.

The B2 Pharmacy serves patients from Levels B2, B1 and 1 clinics. The B2 Pharmacy also fills prescriptions from polyclinics, general practitioners and private specialists.
The Level 2 Pharmacy serves patients from Levels 2 and 3 clinics.
The Level 4 Pharmacy serves patients from Levels 4, 5 and 6 clinics.
The PEARL Pharmacies are located within the non-subsidised clinics and serve non-subsidised patients. The PEARL pharmacies in TTSH are located within Clinic B1B, Clinic 1C, Clinic 2B and Clinic 4B.
The TBC Pharmacy is located within the Tuberculosis Control Unit (TBCU) and serves patients from this unit.
The Retail Pharmacy (located at B2, TTSH Medical Centre Block) and Health Shoppe (located at #01-18, TTSH Atrium) are well-stocked with a comprehensive range of healthcare merchandise to serve the needs of patients and the public. The Pharmacy Care Counter is located within Retail Pharmacy and at the Pharmacy Care Counter, one can purchase Pharmacy-Only Medications for short term treatment of minor ailments. Our pharmacists will also provide advice on queries about the treatment of the following:
The inpatient pharmacy provides bedside counselling and dispensing of medications to inpatients upon their discharge during office hours.
Other services provided by the inpatient pharmacy include medication reconciliation and medication review to obtain an accurate and complete patient medication list and to improve patient's medication treatment plan.
National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) is the national designated outbreak centre in Singapore. It also serves as the main site for treatment and management of infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, dengue, malaria, etc.
At NCID Pharmacy, our services extend beyond just supplying medications to managing multidisciplinary patients in the NCID wards. We also run an outpatient pharmacist-led Drug Adherence Clinic for HIV patients to ensure an optimal care for HIV/AIDs patients.
The emergency pharmacy serves patients from the emergency department and the Emergency Diagnostic & Therapeutic Centre (EDTC). Patients who have been discharged from their inpatient stay after office hours would also be directed to the emergency pharmacy to collect their medications.
Our Smoking Cessation Clinic is run by a team of pharmacists who are certified Quit Smoking Consultants. The objective is to guide our clients through the process of quitting and help them to prevent relapses. Studies have shown that advice and support from professional consultants improve the quit rates of those who smoke.
We will conduct a thorough assessment for you on the following areas:
Based on the information gathered, we will guide you in coming up with an appropriate plan to quit smoking. We will also provide advice on how to cope with withdrawal symptoms and cravings. If necessary, we may recommend medication to aid the quitting process (e.g. nicotine replacement therapy, bupropion and/or varenicline).
