Overview
The Inpatient Pharmacy provides bedside counselling and dispensing of medications to inpatients upon their discharge during office hours.
Other services provided by the inpatient pharmacy include medication reconciliation and medication review to obtain an accurate and complete patient medication list and to improve patient's medication treatment plan.
