Cardiorespiratory fitness plays an important role in our overall health in preventing cardiovascular diseases (e.g. hearth attack), metabolic syndromes (e.g. diabetes) and it is also associated with our bone mineral density.

To improve our cardiorespiratory fitness, exercising at the right intensity is important. Hence, the Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) measures the efficiency of your heart, lungs, and muscles working together during sustained physical activity. The results allow us to plan an effective and safe training program based on your goal.
