Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD): Dialysis Counselling

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a gradual loss of the kidney's filtering ability, usually due to chonic conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes. Early stages of CKD may have few signs of symptoms but will escalate to end-stage kidney disease if not treated early. This booklet is part 2 of a 3-part booklet series developed under MOH Peritoneal Dialysis Strategy.
