Audrey Wong Yoke Poh
Ms Audrey Wong is an Advanced Practice Nurse with over 20 years of experience in mental health and psychiatry. She holds a Master of Nursing from the National University of Singapore and is a licensed National Collaborative Prescriber. Since joining Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) in 2012, she has been instrumental in establishing the first medical psychiatric unit and training nurses in complex psychiatric care. Prior TTSH, she spent 12 years in a state psychiatric hospital.
Audrey provides comprehensive mental health care including assessments, diagnosis, prescribing, and psychotherapy. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and actively contributes to research and quality initiatives, presenting her work at various forums.
A passionate advocate for nursing and mental health education, she also conducts workshops and on-job training for healthcare professionals including those in the community. She is a faculty member in the APN Internship Programme and advises on the Master of Nursing programme at NUS. She also teaches undergraduate medical students in Lee Kong Chian and National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin.
