Audrey Wong Yoke Poh
Ms Audrey Wong is an Advanced Practice Nurse specialising in mental health and psychiatry. She holds a Master of Nursing from the National University of Singapore and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). As a National Collaborative Prescriber at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) since 2012, she helped establish the medical psychiatric unit and supports nursing education initiatives, drawing from her 12 years of experience at a state psychiatric hospital.
Her clinical practice encompasses mental health assessments, diagnosis, prescribing, and psychotherapy, incorporating trauma informed care principles. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and participates in research and quality improvement projects.
Audrey contributes to professional development through workshops and training for healthcare professionals, including trauma informed care education. She serves as faculty in the APN Internship Programme, advises on NUS's Master of Nursing programme, and teaches undergraduate medical students at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
Her ongoing DNP studies reflect her commitment to advancing evidence-based practice in psychiatric nursing and Singapore's mental health services.
