Kelly Lim
Ms Kelly Lim is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with the
Department of Renal Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from Curtin University and a Master in Nursing from the National University of Singapore. She is also a licensed collaborative prescriber. Ms Lim began her career in the Neuro-Intensive Care Unit before joining Renal Medicine in 2012. She provides consultations for peritoneal dialysis patients and leads the Kidney Supportive Care programme, focusing on renal failure patients with palliative care needs. She is actively involved in the National Peritoneal Dialysis Home Visit Program and works closely with community care partners. A strong advocate for education, she regularly speaks at public and international conferences and contributes to the APN auditing team to uphold safe prescribing practices.
Lee Queenie
Ms Lee Queennie is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with the
Department of Renal Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2013, obtained an Advanced Diploma in Medical-Surgical Nursing in 2019, and completed her Master of Nursing in 2024.
In 2025, she completed her APN internship, achieved full accreditation, and completed the Collaborative Prescribing Practitioner Programme. She was awarded the NHG Teaching Award for Nursing Preceptors in 2017 in recognition of her commitment to nursing education. She is committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on kidney health and dialysis management, to enhance patients’ quality of life.
