Kelly Lim
Ms Kelly Lim is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with the Department of Renal Medicine at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from Curtin University and a Master in Nursing from the National University of Singapore. She is also a licensed collaborative prescriber. Ms Lim began her career in the Neuro-Intensive Care Unit before joining Renal Medicine in 2012. She provides consultations for peritoneal dialysis patients and leads the Kidney Supportive Care programme, focusing on renal failure patients with palliative care needs. She is actively involved in the National Peritoneal Dialysis Home Visit Program and works closely with community care partners. A strong advocate for education, she regularly speaks at public and international conferences and contributes to the APN auditing team to uphold safe prescribing practices.
