Xanthe Chua
Ms Xanthe is the Assistant Director of Nursing at Tan Tock Seng Hospital with 30 years of experience. She leads the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) team at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. With 20 years of experience in
rheumatology, she established the Inflammatory arthritis APN-led clinics and gout clinic. She became a certified Collaborative Prescriber in 2019.
Xanthe's contributions have been recognised with the Healthcare Humanitarian Award (2018), NHG Education Leaders Award (2024) and LKCMedicine Special Recognition Awards AY2023-24. During her tenure as TTSH APN Lead (2020–2024), she initiated the digitisation of e-Portfolios. Xanthe also serves as adjunct faculty at NHG College and Clinical Practice Facilitator at Lee Kong Chien School of Medicine.
Su Meizhen Elsa
Ms Elsa is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in
Rheumatology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She began her nursing journey with a Diploma in Nursing (with merit) from Nanyang Polytechnic in 2008, followed by a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from the University of Sydney in 2013. Licensed as an APN and became a certified Collaborative Prescriber in 2024. She manages patients with inflammatory arthritis in APN-led clinics. She is committed to enhancing patients’ quality of life through holistic and evidence-based care.
